Ashley Stroud Earns Texas Master Plumber License, Inspiring Women in the Trades

AUSTIN, TEXAS — Plumbing Outfitters proudly announces that Ashley Stroud, Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer, has officially passed the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners’ Master Plumber License Exam, achieving one of the highest distinctions in the plumbing trade.

Ashley began her plumbing career in 2017 as an apprentice and earned her Journeyman Plumber License in 2021. With her recent certification as a Texas Master Plumber, Ashley joins the small but growing number of women who have achieved this level of professional licensure in the state.

“This milestone isn’t just personal—it’s about setting a new standard,” said Stroud. “I want women to see plumbing as a viable and rewarding career path, one built on craftsmanship, leadership, and purpose.
